Why I built Vantli
I'm the COO of an eight-figure company, and I run GTD® (Getting Things Done®) across every part of my life: work, personal, and the civic organizations I'm involved in. Getting Things Done® only works if you actually capture everything in one place, then clarify and organize it from there. That's the whole method.
The problem is nothing on the market actually does that. Task managers built for personal productivity don't follow GTD®'s actual structure, they bolt "projects" and "tags" onto a generic to-do list. Tools built for teams assume you're managing other people's work, not your own inbox. And none of them let me capture a work task, a personal errand, and a civic commitment into the same inbox and sort them out later, which is the entire point of GTD®.
So I built Vantli: a single capture inbox, a real clarify-and-organize workflow that matches how GTD® actually works, and a weekly review that's a guided process instead of a checklist you skim past. I use it every day, for everything, which is the only reason I trust it enough to build a company around it.
